An accessible environment for all of our visitors.

The Edmonton EXPO Centre is committed to meeting the need of all our guests. This includes providing an accessible environment and accommodating the needs of people with special requirements.

Our venue complies with federal, provincial and local regulations, as well as laws governing accessibility and the rights of persons with disabilities.


Dedicated accessible parking is available close to the venue. Please see our Parking Map for exact locations of accessible parking.

A courtesy telephone is available for local phone calls at the east entrance as well as the central information desk.

Accessible water fountains are located throughout the venue.

All levels of the EXPO Centre are accessible by Elevator. Please see our Venue Layout for elevator locations.

The Edmonton EXPO Centre takes into account physical limitations and provides limited access to wheelchairs for transport to and from vehicles onsite as well as during emergency situations. If you require this transport to or from a vehicle onsite, please talk to a parking attendant or guest experience staff member upon arrival and they will assist you to the best of their capacity.

If you require a wheelchair or motorized scooter for an extended period of time at our venue, you may bring your own or contact a third party wheelchair rental service. Some of local rental centers, like Healthcare Solutions and MedMobility, can deliver to our facility for a fee.

Licensed Service and guide animals are permitted in all public areas and at all times.
