Executive Chef Sukant Dakua

Executive Chef Sukant Dakua joins the Edmonton EXPO Centre culinary team with over 22 years of experience and a rich and diverse culinary background, having worked in some of the most luxurious and celebrated kitchens, hotels and venues across India, UK, Dubai, and Canada.

Garnished with years of experience and multiple culinary award and accolades, Chef Sukant’s personal approach to cooking is expressed in preparing food by selecting top-quality ingredients and blending those with fresh herbs and spices, giving it an innovative, healthy, and unique twist. With a degree in Hospitality School & Management, Interprovincial Red Seal and Certified Chef de Cuisine status, Chef Sukant delivers and innovative and remarkable culinary experience at the Edmonton EXPO Centre.

Executive Pastry Chef Arthur Chen

Executive Pastry Chef Arthur Chen is an award-winning Pastry Chef with more than 25 years of experience and multiple accolades and awards in the pastry kitchen. Influenced by French and American pastry chefs, Chef Chen quickly developed his talent and distinguished himself by creating masterful designs.

As a multi-medal winner and coach of Culinary Team Canada over the last decade, he continues to push for excellence and give back to the culinary community with his time and mentorship.
