Garnished with years of experience and multiple culinary award and accolades, Chef Sukant’s personal approach to cooking is expressed in preparing food by selecting top-quality ingredients and blending those with fresh herbs and spices, giving it an innovative, healthy, and unique twist. With a degree in Hospitality School & Management, Interprovincial Red Seal and Certified Chef de Cuisine status, Chef Sukant delivers and innovative and remarkable culinary experience at the Edmonton EXPO Centre.
