At Edmonton EXPO Centre we take a team approach to executing your event—providing single points of contact each step of the way, with a dedicated Sales Manager starting the process. Upon signing your license agreement, the Sales Manager will introduce you to the Catering or Event Manager, who will support your development of the event’s logistics—from room choice to set up to scheduling, parking and food service.
On the day, everyone involved will assist you and review every aspect of your event after introducing you to the daily operations team.
In the Edmonton EXPO Centre our convenient ground & dock level receiving bays and efficient service corridors make the experience of moving in and out as stress-free as possible and our reliable business technology infrastructure will power your event and keep your attendees online and connected.
Our talented Food and Beverage team is equipped to work with organizers to create menus that complement the programming throughout the entire day—offering a variety of service styles including buffet, plated meals, action stations and themed breaks.
