A national working summit – practical, interactive sessions teams can use right away (not just presentations).

Theme: Rekindling the Home Fire — the wraparound circle of care that keeps families supported: prevention first, kinship pathways, reunification, and community-rooted healing.

  • Home Fire = wraparound support: stabilizing the home, strengthening caregivers, coordinating services, and keeping children connected to family, community, identity, and belonging.
  • Built for people: carrying Indigenous child, youth, and family services: Nations, agencies, leadership, frontline, and partners.
  • Home Fire streams: Bill C-92 policy-to-practice; high-risk & complex-needs youth; workforce wellness; funding pressures & sustainability; prevention & kinship pathways; land-based, culturally grounded care.
  • Cross-Canada perspectives + real approaches already working on the ground.
