Executive Chef Jiju Paul

Executive Chef Jiju Paul, CCC strengthens the Edmonton EXPO Centre culinary team with his established leadership in the culinary industry and over 21 years of experience. Chef Jiju has worked in 5-star hotels across Canada, India and United Arab Emirates where he was part of the Emirates Culinary Guild and led the Fairmont Ajman culinary team in the international culinary competition. He is currently the Vice Conseiller for Chaine des Rotisseurs. As an examiner and external judge for the Chef de Cuisine program, Chef Jiju brings passion to his craft with ingredients and culinary techniques that reflect ethnic and regional cuisines and his passion for organic gardening. His commitment to investing in his community has been reflected through his work with the Canadian Culinary Federation Edmonton Chapter, Northern Alberta Institue of Technology (NAIT) and numerous high schools across our city. He has played an important role in developing the next generation of young chefs in Edmonton.

Executive Pastry Chef Arthur Chen

Executive Pastry Chef Arthur Chen is an award-winning Pastry Chef with more than 25 years of experience and multiple accolades and awards in the pastry kitchen. Influenced by French and American pastry chefs, Chef Chen quickly developed his talent and distinguished himself by creating masterful designs.

As a multi-medal winner and coach of Culinary Team Canada over the last decade, he continues to push for excellence and give back to the culinary community with his time and mentorship.

Executive Sous Chef Rajika Sanjeewa

Executive Sous Chef Rajika Sanjeewa comes to the Edmonton EXPO Centre as a seasoned culinary professional with over two decades of experience in luxury fine dining. As a certified Red Seal chef, Rajika has studied the culinary arts in Ceylon hotel school in Sri Lanka before working in exclusive 5-star hotels in Canada and the United Arab Emirates for Marriot hotels, Raffles hotel and Jumeirah International. His strengths specialize in pastry, leading kitchen teams and he is skilled with preparing fine dining meals for large-scale major events.
