  • All rates are applicable from August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2018
  • All items are subject to GST, and all F&B items are subject to an 18% Service Charge
  • Items booked less than 14 days prior to Move In will be subject to an additional 30% Service Fee

*Event staff requirements should be determined in conjunction with your event manager at least 30 days prior to your move-in. The minimum call out for Northlands staff is 4 hours. Changes, additions, or cancellations require 2 business days notice, otherwise a minimum charge of 4 hours per staff member will be incurred. Adjustments made with less than 2 business days prior to a shift will incur additional charges. Cancellations during shifts will result in charges for the balance of each shift. Special rates for overtime and statutory holidays may apply.
