Africa Centre is hosting the 18th annual Africa Day Gala on Saturday, June 13! It’s going to be an unforgettable night at the Edmonton EXPO Centre, where over 450 guests will gather for a celebration filled with culture, delicious food, awards, and entertainment.
The Africa Day Gala is a premier formal dinner experience that brings community together for an immersive celebration of culture. Guests will enjoy a distinguished keynote address, African-inspired cuisine, dynamic artist showcases, live music, dance, and engaging entertainment throughout the evening.
This year’s gala also marks Africa Centre’s 20th anniversary, celebrated under the theme “20 Years of Empowerment.” This milestone event is a moment to reflect on two decades of impact while renewing their commitment to advancing visibility, leadership, and cultural legacy across Alberta’s African, Caribbean, and Black communities!
