Located on major transit routes, the Edmonton EXPO Centre is an easily accessible by car, bus or Light Rail Transit (LRT).

Pay-by-Plate Parking

Pay-by-Plate Parking 

  1. Payment for parking is required as soon as you arrive on site 
  2. Note your license plate number 
  3. Parking meters are located: 
    1. Outside entrances 1 under the overhang 
    2. Inside venue near Halls A, F & H 
  4. Mobile Payments can be made using Honk Mobile (Zone ‘EXPO’) by scanning the QR codes located throughout the parking lot and inside the venue 

Ensure you pay upon arrival. All lots patrolled 24 hours a day

Getting Here

Light Rail Transit (LRT)

The Edmonton EXPO Centre is connected by outdoor pedway to the Coliseum LRT Station, capable of shuttling guests back and forth from downtown within minutes. Please see Edmonton LRT Service for further information and schedules.

Bus Transit

Guests can access the Coliseum Transit Centre by passing through the Coliseum LRT Station. Please see Edmonton Transit System for further information and schedules.

Onsite Parking

The Edmonton EXPO Centre is located minutes away from major thoroughfares and features over 3,800 parking stalls. Public entrances are located at 116 Avenue and 73 Street. Exhibitors can enter through the 79 Street entrance. To avoid lineups at our 116 Avenue entrance, we encourage guests to use the 73 Street entrance during large events at our venue.

Standard cost per vehicle is $16.50. Only debit/credit will be accepted as payment on-site.

Debit/Credit and mobile payment options are accepted as payment on-site.  Parking meters and mobile payments options accept ApplePay and GooglePay. 

Parking payments must be made as soon as guests arrive on site.  Once you have arrived, park in any available stall, note your license plate and then make payment using either the meters or the mobile payment option available on site.  Following your visit, return to your vehicle and leave the facility. 

  • Enter your license plate 
  • Select the parking option (1 Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, 4 Day) 
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your payment 
  • Select if you would like a receipt 
  • Scan the QR code located on site 
  • Select the parking option (1 Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, 4 Day or 7 Day) 
  • Enter your license plate 
  • Choose your payment method 
  • Honk Mobile is the parking app used on site 
  • Download the free Honk Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play 
  • Follow the instructions to create an account 
  • Use Location Services or search zone EXPO 
  • Select the parking option (1 Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, 4 Day, or 7 Day) 
  • Choose your payment method 

The Edmonton Expo Centre is patrolled 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. Failure to pay may result in a violation or being towed from the facility at the Vehicle Owners expense. 

Parking is purchased as a daily rate until 9:00am the following day. If you are not able to pick up your vehicle by 9:00am the following day you will need to purchase parking for the additional day.
